New Cousin

Marley, Papa and I got to go to Utah for a week to spend time with Meygen, Cory and Rowynne and to meet the new baby who would be arriving shortly. Baby Kynnedi showed up Thursday night October 27,2011. I was able to be in the brthing room threw the whole thing, and it was an amazing thing to see. And now when Kynnedi gets older i will be able to say, Yes i was there i saw you come out of your mommy. haha But anyway, Papa and I took Rowynne and Marley to see baby Kynnedi the next day, and boy did Marley love seeing Kynnedi, if we would have let her she would of held that baby the whole time and not let anyone else get a turn. She was very sweet to her and give her lots of kisses and even sang her a song. When it was time to come home, it was a fight between Rowynne and Marley on who would get to hold the baby, touch the baby, kiss the baby, sometimes Rowynne would even get upset if Marley looked at he baby. She was a very protective big sister already. and Marley of course was a great cousin, to her new cousin. Unfortunately I feel as though we did not get enough time, if i could i would have stayed there till next year, but i had to come back to work. Lucky Marley though got to stay up there for the next 3 weeks, she is still up there now actually , and i know she is just having the time of her life with Rowynne and Kynnedi. But we had tons of fun while we were in Utah like we always do and I cant wait for them to come down here for Christmas it is going to be so much fun.

Halloween 2011

This year for Halloween I was determined to make Marley a one of a kind Halloween Bag. So after my mom and I got all the materials for the bag my grandma came over to show me step by step of what i needed to do. urns out I'm pretty good at the sewing thing. (as long as I have my grandma standing over me) :) But it turned out really cute and i was very proud of myself.

For Halloween we were in Utah, so Marley was able to go Trick-or-Treating with Rowynne, which she was very excited about. The girls were both Princess Fairies, you might say the cutest Princess Fairies you have ever seen. The first couple houses Marley did most the knocking, but after Rowynne realized that when you knock you get candy, she started knocking on the doors too. They were so cute together and they were having so much fun. At some moments we had to stop them from taking candy because a certain little fairie kept going for seconds, but i wont name any names Rowynne. haha overall it was a good night the girls got lots of candy and had tons of fun Trick-or-Treating. i wish it could be like this every year.

Marley's Almost 3

Marley's not quite 3 but she is almost there, and I am sooo excited. She is turning into quiet the amazing, smart, beautiful little girl. She says the funniest things sometimes, and repeats everything she hears. Her new accomplishment that she has met is her potty training. she is doing so good. We had a few days were she did excellent. On the fifth day though she kind of regressed a little and had a couple accidents but she is getting back on track and doing very well. Every time she goes potty on the toilet she gets a sticker and a tootsie roll, which she gets very excited about.

She is doing a little better getting along with other kids which makes me very happy, cause for a while there i though i was going to have the bully on the playground and it worried me. But she has been going to daycare while Nana goes to the gym and she goes to nursery with Nana at church, so i think those have helped a little with her social skills. I love her so much though and she is turning into such a great little girl, that i could not be more proud of. I'm so lucky to have her in my life she brings many smiles to my face when I'm feeling sad and makes me laugh when i should be angry with her. she is the best and I couldn't have asked for a better daughter myself.

While Mommy's away Marley will put stickers all over her face. you think i would have learned the first time she did this, but i did learn the second time. I have now put stickers were Marley can not get to them.

Recently Marley has grown attached to this new little baby doll. About a week ago Marley wanted to bring her baby with her to the park and then after that her baby had to go everywhere she went, baby even sleeps with her in her bed. Its really cute, she loves being a mommy just like I did when i was her age.

Marley loves to spell. she may not spell correctly but she thinks she is and it's really cute. don't know if you can see it in the video but she also can life one eyebrow up at a time. she loves giving me that face when she thinks I'm crazy or i say something weird.

Camping

After Meygen's visit in San Diego, we drove up to Utah with her to hang out for a couple days and to go to a family reunion. This was Marley's first time camping and she had so much fun. It was great to see all the family and Marley had tons of fun with all of her Extended cousins. She had a new favorite friend about ever hour or so, it was very funny. We were at a camp sight called Cinnamon Creek and our camp sight was right next to the creek and about a 10 minute drive to the lake, so it was perfect. My family got there a day late but most of the rest of the family got there the day before. They had built a damn in the Creek so they could have a little pool area for the kids, it was very cool but very, very, very cold. The Lake was a little warmer and it was tons of funny Marley and floated in the big tube next to Meygen and Rowynne in their tube. It was so much funny. Marley defiantly likes camping and I'm excited to do it again with her.

I took a turn floating down the creek. Well I tried to float down the creek did not work out so great. turns out the creek was really shallow.
