Trunk-or-Treat 2010

Tonight we took Marley Trunk-or-Treating, actually just got back. It was soo much fun, Marley loved it. We practiced our "Trick-or-Treat" all day so that we were ready for tonight, and Marley did great. She said "Trick-or-Treat" at every car, even the ones that were a little scary. She even walked herself most of the time. Every so often i had to pick her up if she saw a scary costume but other than that she was a big girl and walked herself.

After Trunk-or-Treating was over she was very excited to eat her candy, and we sat down and dumped out her bag so she could look at it all. No surprise she went strait for the lolly pop (she loves her lollys). :) She got to eat a couple pieces then we called it a night for eating candy jumped in the bath and now is relaxing with a movie. She had lots of fun , and cant wait for tomorrow for more Trick-or-Treating.

Early Birthday Presents

About an hour ago, my mom had Marley come out of her bedroom with a big box wrapped up with bows. I was told that this was mine and Marley's Birthday Surprise. I was very excited because i love surprises. Marley and I opened up the present and found a check with a note attached explaining that this was a donation for a Disneyland Pass, which Ive been wanting. Marley's surprise was a Snow White dress, that she could wear to Disneyland. I am so excited I cannot wait to go to Disneyland with Marley it is going to be so much fun. I'm hoping to take Marley before Christmas is over, because i really want to see all the Christmas decorations. This was probably the best early Birthday Present ever and i know Marley will think this to when she sees Disneyland for the first time. YAhhhhh Cant Wait. Thanks Mom/Nana.

Science Center

Last Sunday Armando and I took Marley to the Science Center in Balboa. Marley had so much fun, looking at all the different contraptions. Anything with a button to push she ran to, of course, but i think the most she loved the building blocks. There was a big area where they had a ton of thin wooden blocks, that you build towers with. But these wooden block towers where not your everyday block tower there were more like block skyscrapers. With a steady hand and talent you could build them very high. Looking around i think the parents had more fun with this than the kids themselves did. Armando and I tried to build a tall skyscraper but whenever we got the blocks even a half a foot off the table, big old Marzilla came in and knocked them down. It was lots of fun in the end though, and Marley had a blast.

Shoal Creek Halloween Carnival

The school that my mom works at had there Halloween Carnival today, so Marley and I joined my mom for a little fun. When we got there I was blown away it was thee best school carnival i have ever seen and i think puts all others to shame. It had about 5 full on FUN Carnival rides lots of fun games and a haunted house., it was very cool. Marley arrived in her adorable Batarina costume, and looked very cute. We went and got Nana in her class room and played with some music toys while she finished up her work, then headed out to the Halloween fun. Marley played a couple games, once she got the hang of them she enjoyed it very much. She got a pumpkin tattoo on her hand and her nails painted orange. We tried to go into the "non Haunted house" but it did not really workout. They still had the scary masks and dark rooms just no one jumping out at you. Marley and I entered the Non- Haunted house saw one scary mask and turned around, she was not going for it. I should have known better though because Marley gets scared going down the Halloween mask section at Party City. So that was my party foul. :( But we had tons of fun and Marley was able to get a handful of lolly pops, which will make any kid happy lol.
throwing rings on the bottle, she was actually able to get one ring successfully on a bottle.
not wanting to play the games being a grouch
Win or Lose you got to pick a candy out of the box after each game. As you all can guess that was Marley's favorite part of the whole day. Every single time without hesitation Marley would go for the suckers and ended up with 9 lolly pops, she was very excited.

Marley and the Ice Cream Cone.

So we were at McDonald's today and Marley was able to get her Papa to buy her a ice cream cone, and boy was she happy. Marley loves ice cream, but when on a cone, she tends to go for the cone before eating the ice cream which can sometimes cause a problem. from now on i need to order the cone and ice cream separate. hahaha. But with a little coaching she gets that it is easier to eat the ice cream before the cone. She is a funny little girl.

Sleep Over

Marley spent the night at Nana's house last night, when i came over this morning, she was not in Nana's bed like she usually is. Come to find out she stayed up late with Uncle Tarren, and went to sleep with him in his bed. When i got there they were still sleeping it was so cute i had take take pictures and blog about it.

Beach

The whole family is in town for a week, so we had a beach day on Sunday and it was tons of fun. We had almost all the babies together (missed out on Brayden), for the first time, it was tons of fun. Two adorable little ones and one adorable big one. As we all know Marley loves the babies, just like her mommy, and she was just in baby heaven at the beach. She wanted to hold and cuddle and play with Jack and Rowynne all day.
Marley also had lots of fun playing in the sand, and running around with the big kids. At one point all the older boys were digging big holes in the sand and Marley was right alongside them, helping dig. When all the boys had left Marley and Kia were sliding and climbing in and out of the big hole, they were having tons of fun. At the end of the day Marley had so much sand on her she looked like a sand monster. It was great getting all the kids together and i hope it happens again soon.

First there was one.
Then a second came along.
Now all three.
